If you ever watched the Shark Tank, you learned that the Sharks are looking for investments where the business owner has put in a lot of effort to try and make it work. They want to see that the entrepreneur did all they could to make it happen and that they have positive result for their efforts. Sharks don’t want to risk their money if the entrepreneur didn’t want to risk his own money. The same goes for your books. Are you willing to invest in your books? Are you willing to put in the time and money to promote your product because you firmly believe it’s worthy? If you don’t feel that way and are hesitant to invest in yourself, then you’re doomed from the start. Believe in yourself and then others will believe in you.
